Ingredients for Banana Bread Recipe

 ▪Refined flour - 2 cups (200 grams)

 ▪Baking Powder - 1 tsp

 ▪Salt - 1 pinch (if you want)

 ▪2 Ripe Banana

 ▪Butter - 1/3 cup (60 grams)

 ▪Sugar - 2/3 cup (125 grams)


Method - How to make Banana Bread ?

Here is the classic banana bread recipe :

  • Sieve and add baking powder and salt to the flour.

  •  Peel the ripe bananas in a big bowl and mash them until they become very smooth.
  • Mix the butter and sugar in the mashed banana, after all the ingredients are mixed well, mix the baking powder mix all purpose flour, mix it in the banana mixture, mix it all the way till the flour is mixed well.  

  • If the mixture seems too dry then you can add 2 - 3 tbsp of milk to it.


  •  Grease the utensil for baking, grease the utensil with butter, sprinkle a little dry flour on the smooth utensil and coat the flour by stirring it, take out the extra flour from the utensil.

  •  Put the banana mix in the greased utensil, spread evenly.

  • Preheat the microwave oven to 180° degree centigrade (180° Celsius or 350° Fahrenheit), place the utensil in the oven, bake for 30 minutes.

  • After the time is over, check the bread, now set the oven for 10 minutes and allow the bread to bake again, if the bread is not browned on top then bake it for 5-10 minutes more.For this, bake at the same temperature.
  • Banana bread is baked, take the banana bread utensil out of the oven, cool the bread and remove the bread from the utensil. Cut thin slices of banana bread.
  • Banana Bread is ready, give fresh fresh Banana Bread to your children now.  The remaining bread can be eaten for up to 3 days by keeping it in the refrigerator.
