Fruit and Nut Cake Recipe

Eggless fruit and nuts cake made of fruit and nuts is very tasty, and everyone likes this cake very much.  In the winter season, make sure to make an eggless dry fruit cake for all the energy and feed the children.

Ingredients for Egg-less Fruit and Nut Cake

▪Refined flour - 1.5 cup (200 grams)

 ▪Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup (75 grams)

 ▪Butter - 3/4 cup (150 grams)

 ▪Milk - 3/4 cup

 ▪Cashew - half cup

 ▪Walnuts - half a cup

 ▪Raisins - half cup

▪ Almonds - half a cup

▪ Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

▪ Baking Powder - 1 tsp

 ▪Broken Frutti - half cup

▪ Condensed milk - ½ cup

Method - How to make Eggless Fruit and Nut Cake

  • Cut cashews, almonds, walnuts into small pieces, break the stalk of raisins and wipe them with a cloth.
 
  • Mix baking powder and baking soda in Refined flour and filter it 2 times with a sieve, it mixes very well.

  •  In a large bowl, melt the butter and pour it at a normal temperature, add powdered sugar and condensed milk to the bowl, mix with a spoon and whisk until all the ingredients mix well and the mixture starts to look puffy.  .

  •  Add 1/2 of the milk into the mixture, mix it well, now add half the refined flour mix and mix it well. Add the remaining milk and mix all the flour and mix well, add chopped dry fruits and raisins and  Add the broken fruity and mix it well.  

  • The mixture for the cake is ready.

  •  Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade.

  •  Grease the cake container with butter or oil all around, and keep a flat butter paper equal to it in the bottom and make it smooth.

  • Put the cake mixture in the container and knock the vessel and make the mixture plain. 

  •  Place the cake in the oven and 180 degrees and set it for 25 minutes.  Check the cake after 25 minutes, the cake is not browned yet, let the cake bake for 10 more minutes. 

  •  If the cake looks brown, check with a knife inside the cake, if the knife comes out clean from the cake, the cake is baked, and if the cake batter is coming on top of the knife, then the cake is still raw from the inside. 

  •  Bake the cake for another 10 minutes, now check the cake in the same way and bake till it is fully baked.  The cake bakes well in 40 - 50 minutes.

  •  After the cake has cooled, turn the knife around the cake and separate it from the container, and place the plate over the container and invert the Container, take out the cake in the plate. 

  •  Cut the cake into your favorite pieces and eat it.
 
  • After cooling the cake, keep it in an air tight container and keep it in the fridge and eat it for 1 month.


Suggestion


▪The time for baking the cake in different ovens is also different, so give the first 25 minutes to bake the cake first, then extend it further while checking the cake, and give the time until the cake is fully baked.
