Ingredients for Eggless White Bread

▪Refined flour - 2.5 cups

 ▪Milk - 4 cups

 ▪Oil - 2 tbsp

 ▪Instant yeast - 1 tsp

 ▪Salt - more than ½ tsp or as per taste

 ▪Sugar - 2 tsp


Method - How to make Basic White Yeast Bread

Make Bread Dough

  • Take refined flour in a canoe and put sugar, salt, instant yeast and oil in the center.  Mix all the ingredients well.  Also add milk and mix in the flour.  

  • Then, with the help of lukewarm water, make a soft dough like chapati flour.  Make it very smooth by crushing it.  Applying this much flour takes a little more than ½ cup of water.

  •  Grease a bowl with some oil and keep the dough in it.  Grease the dough with some oil and keep it covered for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • After 25 minutes, lubricate the baking container with oil and set the dough in the container.  

  • Grease it by adding a little oil over it and cover the container with a cloth and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours so that the bread flour becomes puffed up.

Bake the Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade.  When the bread flour is puffed up, keep it in the oven and bake it for 25 minutes.

  •  After 25 minutes, take the bread container out of the oven and place it on the mesh stand and let the bread cool down for a while.  After this, cut it, white bread is ready.

  •  Make sandwiches, bread pizzas, bread rolls with fresh and fresh white bread or eat them with jam or butter.



  • Instead of using oil , you can also use butter .
  •  There is no need to activate instant yeast by putting it in water.  You can use it directly by adding it to the flour.
