Eggless Orange Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Orange Cake Recipes 

▪ Fine flour - 1 cup

 ▪ Tangerine / orange - 1

▪ Refined oil - ½ cup

 ▪ Powdered sugar - ½ cup

 ▪ Flaxseed powder - 2 tsp

 ▪ Baking soda - 4 tsp

▪ Baking Powder - ½ tsp

Method - How to make Eggless Orange Cake

  • Start making cake by extracting tangent from orange.  For this, grate the orange and take out ½ teaspoon of zash.

  • After this, add baking soda and baking powder to the fine flour and sieve it 2 times so that it mixes well.

  • After filtering the fine flour and take out the orange juice.  To remove the juice, cut the orange in 2 pieces.  

  • Then, squeeze the orange in a sieve placed on a bowl by hand.  The juice is ready.  Just 4 cups of orange juice is required for the cake.

Make Batter

  • Put the juice and flaxseed powder together in a big bowl.  Mix the two ingredients together.  Then, add oil and zash into it and mix.  

  • After this, add powdered sugar to the mixture and whisk until it is well puffed up.  After the mixture is fluffy, add refined flour to it and mix.  Mix all the things till they get mixed well. 

  •  Batter is ready as soon as all the ingredients are mixed well.

  • Grease the cake container with oil from all sides and put butter paper on the bottom.  Now, add cake paste to it.  

  • Knock the container slightly so that the batter becomes uniform all around.  Evenly spoon the cake from the top.  

  • The cake is ready to be baked.

Bake a Cake - Cake Making

  • To bake the cake, preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.  

  • Place the cake container on the bottom rack in the preheated oven and set the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 25 minutes.

  • After 25 minutes, check the cake.  The cake is brown from the top.  To check the cake from inside, try making a knife.  

  • If the knife comes out clean, then the cake is baked nicely from the inside.  Allow the cake to cool down a little bit.

  • After cooling, take out the orange cake from the container.  To remove the cake, first put a knife around the cake and separate the cake from the container.  

  • Then, place the plate on the container and reverse it.

  • Sponge Orange cake is ready.  Cut this tempting cake and serve it.  

  • You can keep it in the fridge and eat it for 20 to 25 days.

  • You can also use butter instead of refined oil.
  • Condensed milk or milk powder can also be taken instead of flaxseed powder.
  • There is a slight difference in the baking time of individual ovens.  Therefore, first set the cake to bake for 25 minutes.  Then, check the cake after it is out and bake the cake till it gets a good brown crust, extending the time of 5 - 5 minutes.
  • If you apply cream on this cake, then its life remains only 3 days.
