Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls

▪Refined flour - 2 cups

 ▪Butter - 1/4 cup

 ▪Sugar - 2 tbsp

 ▪Milk - 1/2 cup lightly heated

 ▪Brown sugar - 1/4 cup

 ▪Dry Active Yeast - 1 teaspoon

 ▪Cinnamon Powder - 1 tbsp

 ▪Oil - 1 tbsp

Method - How to make Cinnamon Rolls

  • Add 2 tablespoons butter to the flour, add sugar and dry active yeast and mix well.  

  • Prepare by kneading soft dough with the help of lukewarm milk, 1-2 spoons of water can be added if required.  

  • After kneading the dough, punch it for 5-6 minutes so that the dough becomes smooth.  

  • Grease this dough by applying oil from all sides and keep it covered for 2 hours, the dough will be doubled, after this we will make cinnamon rolls.

  •  After 2 hours, when the dough has doubled, then punch the dough and mash it a little.  

  • Spread a little dry flour on any board or kitchen top.  

  • Put the dough in a round shape and place it on top of the dry flour and first enlarge it with a little hand, now put dry flour over it, with the help of a cylinder, in a rectangular shape, half a cm.  

  • Roll out in thickness 10 inches in width and 16 inches in length.

  • Put the remaining butter on the rolled sheet and spread it all over the surface with a spoon.  

  • Mix the cinnamon powder and brown sugar, leaving half an inch ahead of the spoon and spread it all over the surface with a spoon, stirring the cinnamon powder under pressure with a rolling pin so that the powder sticks to the butter.  

  • Roll the rolls by turning the sheet with the help of your hands, while making the rolls, make sure that the rolls are not tight, to keep loose, prepare very loose rolls with very light hands.

  •  Cut the rolls into 1 inch thickness pieces. 

  •  Place the cinnamon rolls on the baking tray a little further away.  

  • Cover the tray in such a way, keep it for 1 - 1/2 hours so that the lid does not spoil the rolls.  Rolls will swell and double in size.

Bake cinnamon rolls

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.  

  • After the oven is hot, place the tray filled with rolls in the oven and bake the rolls until the edges turn brown.  

  • Cinnamon rolls are usually baked at 180 degree centigrade in about 15 minutes. 

  •  If it looks white in 15 minutes, then it can be baked as needed for 2 to 5 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are brown.

  •  Cinnamon Rolls Recipe is ready, put some cinnamon powder and sugar mix powder over it.  

  • You can serve it by applying whip cream or chocolate on the cinnamon rolls.

  • Baking time in different ovens can vary according to the oven.  Start baking the cinnamon rolls and check once after 10 minutes, now bake cinnamon rolls, increasing the time required.
  • There is no need to add salt to the flour if you are using salted butter, if you are taking unsalted butter then add 1/4 tsp salt and while kneading the dough.
