Dark Chocolate Cookies


You can also make Cookies made in the taste of chocolate in a cooker very easily.  This Chocolate Cookies is prepared very tasty.


Ingredients for Chocolate Cookies

▪Wheat flour - slightly less than 1/2 cup (50 grams)
 
▪Gram flour - 1/2 cup (50 grams)
 
▪Semolina - 2 tbsp (20 gms)
 
▪Sugar Powder - 2/3 cup (100 grams)
 
▪Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp (20 gms)
 
▪Butter - slightly less than ½ cup (100 grams)
 
▪Milk 1/4 cup
 
▪Baking Powder - 1 tsp
 
▪Almond Flakes - 1 tbsp
 
▪Salt - for baking



Method - How to make Chocolate Cookies

  • To make Chocolate Cookies, place a sieve in a bowl and take out wheat flour in it.  

  • Add gram flour, semolina, baking powder and cocoa powder to it and strain the mixture by mixing.  

  • By filtering the mixture in this way, all the things get mixed well and there are no kernels of any kind in the mixture.

  •  Now add powdered sugar and butter to this mixture, save some butter.  

  • Mix the mixture well, now add some milk to this mixture and prepare the dough in such a way that it binds well.  

  • The mixture is ready and 3 tablespoons milk has been used to make this mixture and 1 table spoon of milk is left.

  • To make chocolate cookies, place the cooker on the gas to heat it.  

  • Put salt in the cooker and put a layer of salt on the bottom of the cooker.  Now cover the cooker and let it heat up for 7-8 minutes.






  •  To make Chocolate Cookies, take any plate that comes easily in the cooker.  Grease the plate with butter.

  • Now take out a little mixture from the mixture prepared for cookies and round it with the help of palm and give it to cookies shape and place it on a plate covered with butter. 

  •  Make all the cookies in this way and keep them on the plate for a short distance.

  •  Put some almond flakes on all the cookies.

  •  The cooker is well heated and ready.  Now put a mesh stand on it.  

  • Now put the plate of cookies in a cooker on a mesh stand.  

  • Cover the cooker and let the cookies be baked for 12 minutes on medium high flame.

  • While the cookies is roasting, prepare cookies with the remaining mixture.

  •  After 12 minutes, check the cookies.  Open the lid of the cooker and check, the cookies is ready after being roasted, it is well puffed and slightly browned.  

  • Take out the plate from the cooker and let it cool.  

  • Meanwhile, keep the second plate of cookies made from the prepared mixture in the cooker to roast it.  

  • When the cookies is cooked, take it out and let it cool.

  •  When the cookies cools, take it out in a plate and serve it. 

  •  After the cookies has cooled completely, fill it in any air tight container and keep eating it for 1-2 months when you feel like it.

 







SUGGESTION : 
  •  Dryfruit can be used as per your choice of cashew nuts, walnuts.
  •  Batter prepared for cookies should not be too wet or too dry.  Batter should be prepared like a good dough.
  •  Keep in mind while baking cookies, make sure to check it after 12 minutes, because there may be a difference between the speed of the gas and the slowing down of the gas.  It may take 12 to 15 minutes for baking cookies.
  •  Roast the cookies for 12 minutes and after that check it.  To check whether the cookies is well prepared or not, check the knife with a knife on it. If the batter is not sticking to the knife, then your cookies is well prepared.  If the batter is sticking and the cookies is not cooked yet, prepare it by cooking for 2-3 minutes.
